Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, 12 October 2025– SAMI Advanced Electronics Company (SAMI-AEC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI), proudly announced the launch of the “Remal” project for computer manufacturing, in strategic partnership with HP and Foxconn. The initiative was inaugurated by Eng. Ziyad bin Hamoud Al-Musallam, CEO of SAMI-AEC, marking a historic step toward the localization of advanced digital industries and the strengthening of the Kingdom’s technology ecosystem.
The Remal project represents a transformative milestone in Saudi Arabia’s industrial journey, one that reinforces the Kingdom’s digital manufacturing capabilities, reduces reliance on imports, and drives sustainable economic growth.
