  Conformal Coating:
Conformal coating of electronic circuit card assemblies are performed by well trained operators providing consistent and high quality results meeting military and industrial standards. State of the art equipments are available for automatic conformal coating using Parylene coating material.

  Test:
 AEC has in-house capabilities to design and develop customized test equipment (Software/Hardware) and integrate off-shelf test equipment to accommodate customer requirements.

Furthermore. AEC has the capability to develop the Test Program Set (TPS) for Functional and In-Circuit tests (Software & fixtures) based on the customer test specifications for any Digital and Analog electronic Boards, module or LRU (Line replacement Unit).

  Model Shop :
To design and fabricate jigs, fixtures, tools, mechanical parts, and product prototypes to support manufacturing, equipment maintenance, and R&D activities.

Mechanical accessories are outsourced locally in Saudi Arabia for competitive cost and better delivery time, this include mold manufacturing , plastic injection , plating and metal fabrication.
 
All local suppliers are periodically audited to ensure conformance to AEC quality standards.

Factory Control Systems:
AEC is committed to provide quality services to its customers, thereby using various tools and techniques to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
  Statistical Process Control (SPC)
AEC is applying SPC techniques and using on-line SPC analysis to all key processes to maximize quality and reduce cost to ensure customer satisfaction.
   
  WIP & TDC (ERP Oracle) Data Collection System
Factory transactions are collected and tracked to analyze various manufacturing processes, by Automatic Data Collection (ADC) system, such as:
  Product History
  Actual hours by each assembly and/or program
  Factory performance
 
  Electro Static Discharge (ESD) Control
AEC is totally dedicated to protection of all products from possible damage due to ESD. All electronic materials are treated as "Class I" ESD, from receiving up to shipping as finished good. ESD control is maintained by:
  Continuous training and certification of personnel involved
  Periodic workstations and equipment ESD certification
  Applying latest static control measures
