AEC is owned jointly by Saudi and GCC companies. 50% of AEC is owned by Overhaul Maintenance Company (OMC). The other 50% is owned by Saudi Arabian Airlines, Gulf Investment Corporation (GIC), National Industrialization Company (NIC), and the National Commercial Bank (NCB).
